In March 2011 Genzyme Pharmaceuticals, a business unit of Genzyme Corporation, was acquired by International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG) to join their pharmaceutical subsidiary Corden Pharma as Corden Pharma Switzerland LLC.

Corden Pharma Switzerland LLC (CPS) is a reliable supplier of custom and readily available chemically synthesized materials for the global pharmaceutical and specialty chemical industries. With over 25 years of experience, our expertise is focused on lipids, peptides, carbohydrates, amino acid derivatives and pseudoprolines, while also expanding into the area of custom small molecules. All functions (R&D, Manufacturing, QA and Sales) are headquartered in Liestal, Switzerland. The US Sales & Marketing office in Cambridge, MA serves customers in the Americas.
